Talent Acquisition Interview
This call is an introductory call where we get to know you and you get to know us.
We reconfirm the process with you and answer any questions you may have.
Hiring Manager Interview
This interview is with your prospective manager. The hiring manager will learn more about your unique skills to understand if there is an alignment with the open role.
You will also have the chance to ask more questions about the day-to-day, etc.
Interview Series
Our final interview stage consists of a series of interviews with staff across the organization. You can expect (depending on the role) approximately 3 hours of interviews.
We will dive in technically and also evaluate your alignment with our company values.
