market. Apex.AI's OS platform, based on the open-source Robot Operating System
(ROS), is a robust and reliable real-time framework designed for a wide array of
applications, including future mobility, robotics and national defense. With its
guaranteed performance in critical fields requiring high real-time capabilities and
reliability—such as autonomous driving and ISO 26262-certified functional safety—
the demand for Apex.AI's solutions is expected to grow significantly in the near
future.
ivis, leveraging its established expertise in automotive software, also aims to
expand into adjacent sectors like robotics, defense and drones. The partnership is
anticipated to create strong synergies, enhancing ivis’ portfolio and market reach.
Currently, ivis offers essential solutions for Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV)
architecture, including Alton, a real-time data abstraction technology, and
Brighton, a service framework for vehicle application interfaces. With the addition
of Apex.AI’s reliable, real-time OS platform through this agreement, ivis is now
poised to provide comprehensive software solutions for future automotive
technologies.

ivis plans to showcase Apex.AI’s technology at the upcoming AIoT International
Exhibition at COEX, Seoul, in October and the Defense Robotics Society
